Celebrities are people well known for their extraordinary talent in music, acting, and sports.  They may be good in their chosen field, but sometimes they become better known for something else.  These celebrities are the people that have wronged others and us, the fans, in one way or another. Some make mistakes as a lifestyle, and that kind of becomes part of who they are, while others have made mistakes so erroneous, they simply cannot be forgiven.  Here are ten celebrities that are the most recent inductees into the Hall of Shame.

Tiger Woods

Everyone knows the name Tiger Woods.  Before December 2009, he was known for being one of the most successful golfers of all time.  Now, he is known for his numerous infidelities with as many as twelve women.  Married to a beautiful wife with two small children, Woods felt the need to have numerous sexual liaisons with strippers, porn stars and any woman that would have him.  The world looked on as Woods’ reputation became tarnished by the minute.  Tawdry details kept emerging and many people wondered, “Why?” while others replied, “Because he could.”

Jesse James

His company, West Coast Choppers designed custom made motorcycles.  He was a TV host of Monster Garage and starred in Jesse James is a Dead Man where he performed stunts.  He even competed on Donald Trump’s The Celebrity Apprentice. However, this motorcycle man gained notoriety by marrying Sandra Bullock on July 16, 2005 and while critics thought they were an odd match, the couple looked happy and the world was deeply touched when Bullock won an academy award and thanked her beaming husband.  Shortly after, the truth was revealed.  James was cheating on Bullock. Not only was he having an affair, but he actually had several affairs while Bullock took care of his children from a previous relationship and while they were in the midst of adopting a child. It doesn’t get much lower than that. James should be ashamed of himself. Redemption seems out of the question for this guy. Don’t mess with America’s sweetheart because America will mess with you

Tiki Barber

He is best known as a star running back for the NY Giants. He retired and became a sportscaster and correspondent for the Today Show.  A good looking guy with a big smile, Barber left his pregnant wife of 11 years for a younger woman.  He was out cavorting around while his wife cared for their two children and was pregnant with twins.  It’s bad enough to leave your wife for a younger woman but to leave her while she is pregnant with twins… not nice.  Despicable.  He definitely lost his fan favorite status.

Chris Brown

He was discovered at 13 years old and by 16, he had a debut album and became a successful recording artist.  Then, one night, everything changed for Brown.  He was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats for beating up Rihanna.  Brown has said “[that night] was and still is a blur” and that it is tough for him to look at the infamous photograph of Rihanna’s battered face.  Despite the startlingly violent attack, Brown has stated that he does not feel that his career is over.  It's up for the fans to decide. Will they forgive someone who beat his girlfriend?

Lindsay Lohan

This talented actress and singer has been in trouble for so long, it’s hard to believe she is only twenty-three.  She’s had DUI’s, been in and out of rehabilitation for cocaine and alcohol, and even worn a SCRAM bracelet.  She’s missed court ordered substance classes, and her partying ways have caused much tabloid fodder.  It’s gone on long enough, let’s stop giving her opportunities to show what a fool she is.

Naomi Campbell

She is a British model internationally renowned for her work on the catwalks and in more than 100 magazine covers.  But beauty only gets you so far.

In 2000, she pleaded guilty to a 1988 assault on her then assistant when she threw a phone at her.

In 2005, she allegedly slapped another assistant and hit her in the head with her BlackBerry.

In 2006, Campbell was arrested for allegedly assaulting her housekeeper with a jewel-encrusted mobile phone, resulting in a bloody head that required several stitches.

In 2008, Campbell was arrested inside at Heathrow airport on suspicion of assaulting a police officer after one of her bags had been lost. Campbell was subsequently banned from flying globally with British Airways.

In 2010, Campbell's limousine driver claimed that she slapped and punched him before allegedly feeling the scene.

Naimi isn't anyone I would want to hang out with, isn't it time we tell her a word she clearly doesn't hear very often? No. Go away.

Charlie Sheen

He’s a successful actor who receives $350,000 an episode for his work on the hit TV show Two and a Half Men.  Yet, most of his personal life is questionable.  Sheen has admitted to being one of the top patrons of Heidi Fleiss’ infamous brothels, spending $50,000 on call girls.  He has been married three times and arrested for domestic violence on several different occasions.  He has abused drugs and alcohol, later spending time in rehab.  What about his five kids? How does he find the time to spend with them when he’s so busy being bad?

Mel Gibson

Actor, director, producer, and screenwriter, Gibson was at the top of his game and well liked by the public, particularly for his outspoken support of Christian values.  But that all came crashing down when he was arrested for a DUI,  leading to a torrent of anti-Semitic remarks, "sugar tits," and rehab for alcoholism, which had been a problem for many years.  His wife of 29 years divorced him and he and his new girlfriend had a baby, his eighth child.  They have since separated and Gibson just doesn’t seem like the “old Mel” anymore.

Alec Baldwin

He’s on a successful show and he has an open-invitation to host Saturday Night Live.  While his career is flourishing, he’s been involved in a child custody battle with his ex-wife, Kim Bassinger.  In one tumultuous night, Baldwin left a horrific message on his 11 year old daughter’s machine, berating her and calling her a “rude, thoughtless little pig.”  That message was leaked to the press and millions heard his tirade.  Although Baldwin has since apologized, that message will be remembered forever and not just by his fans.

Kanye West

One of the most talented recording artists working today, it's now well understood that Kanye is kind of a tool.

On September 2, 2005, during a benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina, West, instead of sticking to the script, blurted out “George Bush doesn’t care about black people.”

In 2006, he announced that if he didn’t win Album of the Year, he would “really have a problem” and he publicly ranted about losing.  However, he wasn’t finished with his public ranting.

In 2009, when Taylor Swift was on stage accepting her award for Best Female Video, West jumped on stage and grabbed the microphone, proclaiming that Beyonce’s video was “one of the best videos of all time.”

Even Obama called him a “jackass”.

Simply said, simply true.
